As I am come to the end of a period of intense study I have developed a love for puzzles. I have to admit I have never been a fan of puzzles and never completed one above 100 pieces. Assisting my 3 children complete their junior puzzles has been my proudest limit up until recently.
The connection of putting the pieces of a life puzzle together over the last 5 years and simultaneously studying under Laura Worley has become strikingly and deeply symbolic to me wanting to complete larger puzzles.
Laura Worley is a global educator on MK Ultra and satanic ritual abuse, she has healed from an 8th generation satanic family and slave to the elite. Ironically the titles of her books are called Puzzle Pieces and as you work through the books, which seeks to unravel the complex and deeply painful layers of ritual abuse and the journey towards healing, you’re also engaging in a very literal act of piecing things together—one puzzle piece at a time.
In a recent interview with the Community Assembly of the British Isles I share my story of what led me to learning about this topic and how I see trauma healing now. Please feel free to Click Here to see the full interview.
What I Have Learnt So Far
Completing a large puzzle mirrors the process of trauma recovery: just as the puzzle requires patience, focus, and care to fit each piece into place, so too does the healing journey for survivors of any kind of trauma. The challenge of aligning fragmented pieces, whether in a puzzle or a person’s traumatic past, can feel overwhelming and disorienting, yet the small victories—finding the right pieces, fitting them together—offer hope. Both activities reveal that healing, like completing a puzzle, is gradual, requires a steady hand, and may not always make sense in the moment. However, over time, the picture becomes clearer, and the effort spent patiently assembling the pieces leads to greater wholeness and understanding.
My new addition to trauma healing is in spiritual warfare and it is through learning how to heal those who have been ritually abused that has led me to this topic. If spiritual warfare is how you heal the most traumatised mind, body and soul then surely all of us that have experienced planet earth mind control trauma can also utilise this?
These last 4 months I have interweaved spiritual warfare into my therapy with clients and I am finding spiritual warfare to be very powerful indeed!
In trauma therapy, spiritual warfare can be understood as the internal battle between healing and the negative forces that keep a person trapped in pain, fear, and unresolved wounds. As individuals work through their trauma, they may face moments where their past experiences—like shame, guilt, or anxiety—feel overwhelming, almost as if there’s a spiritual force trying to prevent their healing.
In this context, spiritual warfare becomes a struggle to reclaim one’s peace, identity, and sense of worth, aligning with a higher power to overcome the darkness of the past and find restoration. Therapy, combined with spiritual support, can empower individuals to confront these forces and walk toward healing, strength, and wholeness.

When facing spiritual warfare, it’s as though the pieces of the puzzle – your thoughts, feelings, actions, and relationships – are being manipulated by forces that are not always visible. Each challenge, whether in the form of temptation, doubt, or discouragement, is a piece that needs to be carefully discerned and placed in the right context. You may not always understand why certain pieces are difficult to fit together, but trust that there is a pattern, even if it isn’t immediately obvious.
Spiritual warfare can be likened to a complex puzzle, where each piece represents a different aspect of our spiritual journey – faith, emotions, choices, and experiences. Just like a puzzle, life in the midst of spiritual battles can feel scattered and confusing. Pieces seem to be out of place, and the bigger picture isn’t immediately clear. Yet, in this spiritual puzzle, there is a deeper, unseen strategy being laid out.
The enemy, like a puzzle master, attempts to distort the image, placing pieces in the wrong spots to cause confusion. However, as you turn to your faith and rely on divine guidance, the pieces slowly begin to align.
Just like a puzzle requires time and effort to complete, spiritual warfare demands vigilance and prayer. Each battle you face is a piece that, when overcome, brings you closer to the full picture of God’s purpose in your life. So, when it feels like you’re caught in the struggle, remember that you’re not just assembling random pieces. You’re actively engaging in the process of completing the puzzle, with Christ as the guide, until the final picture is revealed.
