1) It is a condition of Embrace Flow membership for all members to agree to abide by Natural Law according to the four tenets which are: do no harm, cause no loss, commit no fraud and keep the peace.

2) Appropriate language that adheres to common courtesy and Natural Law is mandatory for all communications, comments and contributions made by email, telephone or through online channels. 

3) Members of Embrace Flow hereby voluntarily assume all risks of accident or damage to his or her person or property and hereby agrees that neither Embrace Flow nor any of its trustees/facilitators shall be liable for any claim, liability, or demand of any kind for or on account of personal injury, damage, or loss of any kind sustained by any person. 

4) Members acknowledge yield jurisdiction to resolve grievances internally, exempting United Kingdom authorities. Accepting membership implies informed consent to this process. 

6) Embrace Flow reserves the right to end or ban any member without prior notice should they go back on their declaration to abide by Natural Law.

5) Children under the age of 16 must have the permission of a guardian to join Embrace Flow. 

7) The availability of benefits is on a priority basis with members given preference. 

8) Embrace Flow has a no refund policy for donations or other contributions made under any circumstance. 

9) Any members with special needs are invited to notify Embrace Flow with any requests for adjustments or support in terms of making contact and receiving general communications. 

10) Member agreement is willing, without pressure and they know they can withdraw at any time.
