TRE® Combined with Roll & Release

Unwind and rejuvenate in an exclusive TRE® Combined with Roll & Release class, a holistic experience designed to bring you profound relaxation, stress relief, and deep restoration.

In this class, we integrate Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) with the soothing benefits of Roll & Release. You’ll embark on a journey of self-care and self-discovery as you are guided through a unique blend of practices.

These are small group in-person sessions, fortnightly, on a Sunday at 10am.  These are 90 minutes duration and combine different therapy ball rolling techniques alongside of TRE®.

Dates for 2024: 14th Jan; 28th Jan; 4th Feb; 18th Feb; 25th Feb; 10th March; 24th March

  1. TRE® for Tension Release: Start with TRE®, a series of gentle exercises that engage the body’s innate ability to release stress and tension. Experience deep relaxation as you activate the body’s natural shaking response, helping to let go of accumulated stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort.

  2. Roll & Release for Deep Relaxation: The Roll & Release portion, you’ll use therapy balls and other props to target specific muscle groups. This self-massage technique releases muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes overall relaxation. 

  3. Holistic Well-being: The class isn’t just about physical relaxation; it’s a holistic approach to well-being. The goal is for you to leave feeling not only lighter and more relaxed but also with a deeper connection to your body.

What to Expect:
